Floating Sound Bowl Journey
Allow yourself to be gently held by the water as you step into an evening of deep rest and restoration.

This intimate Floating Bowl Sound Journey is designed as a full-body reset.  Once settled comfortably with blanket and eye masks, you'll be guided into a soft, grounding meditation - inviting the breath to slow and the nervous system to unwind.

From there, layers of sound unfold around you.  Crystal singing bowls, metal bowls, and wave instruments move through the space, creating subtle vibrations that travel through the body as the water beneath you gently drifts.  The result is a deeply immersive, weightless experience that invites surrender, presence, and profound calm.

No experience required - simply arrive and receive.

Spots are intentionally limited to preserve the intimacy of the experience.

Indoor Water Yoga
Experience the calm of the water in a beautifully controlled indoor pool setting.

Our Indoor Yoga on the Water class takes place on anchored paddle boards in the pool, allowing you to enjoy the gentle movement of the water without outdoor elements. The subtle shift beneath you naturally engages your core, enhances balance, and deepens your focus - creating a mindful, immersive practice unlike anything on land.  This class is intentionally designed for all levels.  Whether you're brand new to yoga, stepping onto a board for the first time, or looking to elevate your existing practice, you'll be guided with clear instruction, supportive options, and progressions to match your comfort level.

What to expect:

  • Guided arrival and board set-up
  • Breath-led movement to build strength and awareness
  • Slow, intentional sequences with balance variations
  • Core-focused stability work
  • A deeply relaxing floating savasana to close
  •
  • What to wear & bring:
  • Wear clothing you're comfortable moving in (workout clothing is perfect
  • You likely won't get wet, but splashing is always possible - bring a change of clothes just in case
  • Optional: bring a towel for under-knee cushioning or added comfort
  • Our boards are wide and beginner-friendly, and each participant is supported as they transition on and off the boards.
  • Life jackets are available, and safety guidance is always provided.
  • The indoor pool environment offers warmth, privacy, and a calming atmosphere - allowing you to fully unplug and focus inward.  Step outside your comfort zone in a safe, supported way!
  • Float. Breath. Strengthen. Restore.
