PRC Curling Rink

The PRC Curling Rink hosts a six (6) sheet artificial ice surface and is home to the Dauphin Curling Club in the winter season.  There are various leagues operating within the Dauphin Curling Club which provide opportunity for people of all ages to participate.

With more than 14,000 square feet, it can easily be used for trade and craft shows, special events, cabarets and larger banquets.The PRC Curling Rink is wheelchair accessible and has MTS Wi-Fi wireless internet.

Parkland Recreation Complex

Dauphin Recreation Services maintains eleven parks inside the City of Dauphin and an additional four parks in the RM of Dauphin.  During the summer months Dauphin Recreation Services is responsible for hanging and maintaining the flower pots on Main Street and in the core downtown area as well as the tree replacement program around town.

Kin Aquatic Centre

 

The Kin Aquatic Centre provides residents the opportunity to take part in year round recreational swimming, aquasize, competitive swimming, water sports and lessons, and is home to the Parkland Gators.  Our Kin Aquatic Centre accommodates up to 200 people and includes:

 - water slide
 - 12 person hot tub
 - wave pool (back open!)
 - water umbrella
 - four lane, 25 meter pool
 - large change rooms, including a family change area
 - 12 person birthday party room

The Aquatic Centre has many ongoing programs scheduled including Lifesaving Society swim lessons, private swim lessons, aquatic fitness, and much more!

Credit Union Place

Credit Union Place

Credit Union Place is the newest part of the Parkland Recreation Complex located at 200-1st Street S.E. Entrances to Credit Union Place are the west end of the Parkland Recreation Complex, north entrance off of 1st Ave. S.E. and from the parking lot located on the south side of the facility. Credit Union Place is a multi-purpose entertainment facility that provides Dauphin with a great venue in which we can host a wide variety of sporting events, trade shows and entertainment events. Credit Union Place is also the home for the Dauphin Kings Junior “A” Hockey Club of the MJHL.

The CUP Arena offers an 200’ x 85’ NHL ice surface with “C” bowl seating for 1763, an additional standing room concourse for 247 and has a wheelchair seating area.  There are two concessions, one in the CUP and one in the lower concourse, bar services, washrooms and raised media and sound rooms.

The Strilkiwski Contracting Viewing Lounge is located in the upper concourse and over looks the event floor.  The 40 person meeting/viewing area is directly linked tp the Lion’s Den and is equipped with an in-house sound system, phone lines, DSL internet and server.

The Dauphin Clinic Pharmacy Walking Track is a two lane, 211.5 metre oval rubberized walking track located on the upper concourse and is open year round for running and walking.  The track is wheelchair accessible.

The Credit Union Place offers on-Site food and beverage services.  Two full service concessions are located in the facility, one on the main floor and the second on the upper concourse.  Permanent and portable liquor services are operated by Dauphin Recreation Services under the Liquor Service - Entertainment Facility License from LGCA (Liquor, Gaming & Cannabis).
