Head Lifeguard
Dauphin Recreation Services is seeking a Head Lifeguard to lead aquatic safety and programming at the Kin Aquatic Centre. This full-time position includes supervising staff, coordinating training and schedules, maintaining safety standards, and supporting pool operations and recreation programs.

Qualifications:
 - National Lifeguard Services (NLS)
 - Standard First Aid & CPR-C
 - Swim for Life Instructor
 - Leadership and supervisory experience
 - Evenings/weekends required
 - Criminal Record & Child Abuse Registry checks
 
Assets:
 - LSI, NLS Instructor, Aqua Fitness, 4+ years experience.
