After School Program (Dauphin)
Now until Spring Break, any students in grades K-6 are invited to come and participate in our After School Program. Each day will consist of physical activity, crafts, and a snack. This program can be offered FREE OF CHARGE because of a grant from Neighbourhood's Alive. Participation is at a drop-in basis and registration forms MUST be filled out. Come to Dauphin Recreation Services admin. desk for a registration form or ask at one of the participating schools.

Get Moving Dauphin! (Dauphin)
Beginning February 1st, we are challenging you to become more active! There will be a chart in the lobby of the Parkland Rec. Complex where you can record your daily exercise! In Motion Manitoba has proposed this challenge to all Manitobans, and the response has been massive! How it works: Daily exercise gets converted into Moving Around Manitoba kilometers using a conversion chart, record those MAM kms and lets see how far Dauphin can go! Manitobans have already completed 131,348kms. At the end of every month, whoever has completed the most kilometers will receive a prize!

Spring Break Craft Days (Dauphin)
Dauphin Recreation is organizing a wonderful selection of craft classes for kids during the week of Spring Break. Monday & Tuesday morning will be Tea Kettle painting with Connie Elcombe, Cost $10. Tuesday and Wednesday morning, Irene Talpash will be hosting a Ukrainian Easter Egg making workshop, Cost $10. Wednesday afternoon, Louise Fiel and Gloria Backster will be bringing some pottery pieces to be painted, Cost is $10. All three crafts are set for ages 12 and over. Becky Novalkowski will be running an Easter Flower Vase session Tuesday afternoon. Cost $5 for ages 6 and over. If you would like to be a part of any of these sessions, call 622-3150 to register!
